Porsche 996 Caliper Machining for BMW E46 M3 — Send-In Service

Send your Porsche 996 Brembo front calipers to Kassel Performance for machining for a BMW E46 M3 conversion using Rally Road adapters. The $200 base service covers the front pair. Customer-supplied calipers are required; new calipers are not included.

Use the separate checkboxes to add front or rear adapter brackets, conversion brake lines, caliper rebuilds and Motul RBF600 brake fluid. The configured price updates to match your selections. Every configuration includes front-pair machining.

Optional rebuilds

• Front pair rebuild: +$230.59. Includes the specified Frenkit FRK-673601 seals, boots and pistons ($150.59 per pair), plus $80 installation labor.
• Rear pair rebuild: +$107.30. Includes the specified Frenkit FRK-228003 seals and boots ($27.30 per pair), plus $80 installation labor. Rear pistons are not included.
• All four calipers: +$327.89. Both parts packages ($177.89 total) plus $150 labor. Select both rebuild checkboxes to receive this combined price automatically.

Rebuild pricing is additional to the $200 front-machining service. Parts and caliper condition must be checked before work begins. Damaged or unserviceable rear pistons, unexpected repairs and other parts require a separate quote and approval. Rear calipers do not require machining for the specified Rally Road E46 M3 rear brackets; send them only when rear rebuilding has been arranged.

Each hardware option is supplied only when selected. Prices follow Rally Road's current listed retail prices. These are conversion-specific line sets, not a claim that the original BMW hoses fit this conversion.

Motul RBF600

Add one 0.5 L (500 mL) bottle of Motul RBF600 brake fluid for $22.73. This optional fluid is supplied with your order. Vehicle installation and brake bleeding are not included; one bottle is not a guaranteed full-system flush quantity.

Powder coating

Quote required. Powder-coating prices and available colors are still being finalized. Coating is not included in the machining or rebuild price and is not charged by the current checkbox selections. Contact Kassel to discuss coating before ordering or shipping your calipers.

Application and fitment review

The Rally Road E46 M3 front-adapter setup uses compatible Porsche 996 non-Turbo front calipers with E46 M3 CSL-size 345 × 28 mm front rotors. The optional rear brackets use compatible Porsche 996 rear calipers with E46 M3 328 × 20 mm rear rotors. Confirm exact caliper part numbers, brackets and rotors with Kassel before shipping. A Porsche 996 label alone does not establish compatibility.

Shipping your calipers

Return shipping is $25 within the contiguous United States and is added at checkout. This covers the return shipment with your selected add-ons. You arrange and pay for shipping your calipers to Kassel. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international returns require a separate quote; contact us before ordering.

Before sending parts

• Send clear photos and caliper part numbers, including the mounting areas.
• Confirm the intended Rally Road adapter and rotor combination.
• Disclose prior machining, repairs or known damage.
• Confirm service scope, turnaround and shipping instructions with Kassel.

Calipers, rotors, pads and vehicle installation are not included. Brake components require qualified installation and inspection using the adapter manufacturer's current instructions. Machining or replacing seals alone does not establish that a damaged caliper is serviceable. Rally Road designates its conversion for off-road use.
