BMW E46 M3 / Z3 M S54 MSS54 Performance Tuning
Kassel Performance provides MSS54 and MSS54HP performance calibration for supported BMW E46 M3 and Z3 M S54 applications. Choose the package that matches the intake strategy, engine hardware, fuel, and intended use, then add compatible coding services as separate cart lines.
Typical naturally aspirated gains: approximately 20 whp at higher RPM and more than 35 lb-ft at lower RPM. Actual results vary with vehicle condition, hardware, fuel, and test method.
Fuel requirement: 93-octane pump gasoline unless the selected package explicitly states otherwise. E85 CSL is an explicit fuel exception.
Before ordering
- Confirm MSS54 or MSS54HP and the current software/hardware configuration.
- List intake, exhaust, camshaft, compression, and fuel changes.
- Select the tune package and any compatible coding services.
Service delivery
Delivery method depends on the selected service and vehicle. After the application review, Kassel Performance will provide order-specific remote or DME-shipping instructions. Do not ship hardware before receiving those instructions.
