Choose the services you need
- Clone DME: We transfer the data from your original DME to a compatible replacement unit for a plug-and-play installation.
- Replacement DME / core: Select this when you need Kassel Performance to supply the replacement unit. If you do not select it, send both your original DME and a compatible used replacement DME.
- Performance tune: Calibrated for 93-octane fuel unless otherwise arranged. Tell us whether the vehicle has a three-stage intake manifold, catless headers or MILVS.
- EWS delete: Removes the factory immobilizer synchronization requirement for supported MSV70 applications.
- Post-cat O₂ delete: Calibration option for vehicles where this change is appropriate.
- MILVS calibration add-on: Calibration changes for vehicles equipped with MILVS.
Typical performance: A properly configured N52 with a three-stage intake manifold, headers and a 93-octane calibration commonly produces approximately 245–250 wheel horsepower, with gains around 45 wheel horsepower and 20 wheel torque. Actual results vary with vehicle condition, hardware, fuel quality and dyno.
