Our Stage One Cylinder Heads feature the following:

• Full Disassembly & Cleaning 
  • Inspect & Blueprint All Components For Irregular Wear
• Leak and Crack Test Pressure Test
• High Performance Five Angle Valve Job
• Trueness Checked & Resurfaced Mating Surface
  • Surface Finish/Roughness Exceeds OE Spec
• Attention to Potential Hot-spot Areas and Chamfering
• Unshroud the Valves in Combustion Chamber
  
• New OE Valve Stem Seals

Valve guides and valves will be checked, if replacement is needed it is done at additional cost of $25 per valve guide.

• A Core cylinder head is required for all head work - Cores are available for exchange service
